Filling a keg before filtering.
The kegging equivalent of filling a bottle. Tube right to the bottom. I leave about a litre maximum headspace so that the carbonation step is easier. Too little head space and, when you roll your keg, the contact area between the beer and gas is low, hence it'll take a lot longer to the gas into solution.
